Nowadays, a lot of people choose to live in the apartments because they have many advantages. But there also some losses to live in apartment that you have to know. Besides the advantages of the apartment, there are also deficiencies in an apartment. For example, the cost of maintenance (maintenance fee) or service charge those have to be paid every month. This fee is to pay for electricity usage in public places, elevators, cleaning public places, the cost of security, cleanliness, and others.
