Many people try to improve their home by move to the apartment. In one side living in apartment give benefits especially in security side. But on the other hand it can also bring some disadvantage, especially in socialization part. Socialization level of the apartment is very small. High level of activity of each occupant make familiarity and helping attitudes makes reduced occupancy in the apartments. The other disadvantage is in investment part. The value of apartments for long-term investment is lower than buying a house.
